Refund Policy

We have a 30 day refund policy. Once your order is delivered you have 30 days to request a refund. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@zenoabeauty.com with your order number and we will begin the refund process.

 

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Once everything is cleared you will automatically be given a full refund. 

 

Our 30 day refund policy applies only to your first purchase of each product and is limited to one purchase of each product. Example: If you buy two 8-mask bundles in your first order, only one 8-mask bundle is eligible for a refund.
